Triggers of Depression

DEPRESIÓNExiste triggers the myth that depression is the result of weakness of character, that is something you can try it free with only a little. We all receive blows often affect our security or self-esteem and may be depressed. Some situations such as emotional losses can contribute to depression. Also mourning the loss generated by real or symbolic loss, the loss may be current or longstanding. But depression is also the alteration of a chemical state of the brain. In the past, we come to understand that the source of depression is not unique, meaning that only one aspect causing etiologic act au appearance. It is evident that in depression are involved biological, genetic, and environmental and personal interaction to trigger potentially intervene or alter the course or severity of the disease.

As far as causes are concerned, recent studies have shown that both genetic factors and stress play an important role in major depression. It has been observed that in the first two episodes of stress is a trigger in the onset of depression and genetic factors and temperament appear to play a major role in the occurrence of subsequent episodes. Obviously stress can contribute to the appearance, but once established the disease, it takes its own course, so the element of stress is gone. Depression occurs in a particular context when a susceptible or vulnerable person is in a depressing situation. Therefore attention should focus not only the biochemical processes and reactions to the repertoire of the depressed person but also the system that promotes depression. Symptoms of depression are associated with a biochemical mechanism, but this does not mean that's the cause. The risk of depression increases when people feel a gap between what you expect and what comes to be obtained. When expectations are not met tend to produce disappointment, frustration, loss of self esteem and sometimes depression.

Sien But those who manage to succeed are not immune to depression. In current situations that cause pressure, the emotional price for success can also be very high. And remember, most often depression has no discernible devices. Some people are at high risk compared with others. Some circumstances such as loss of parents and general deprivation in childhood, can increase vulnerability to develop depression later.
