5 Questions to Ask a Web Design company before you hire
If you do not know much about web design can be intimidating to hire a web design company, because you might not know what you are suppose to ask in order to judge whether they are really qualified to build the type of website you want to your business. When you're interviewing potential web design company Here are 5 key questions to ask that will help you decide if you are the right company for you or not.
1. What other companies have built websites for? This question is important because it is a good indicator of what types of web sites the company has built in the past. If they are to build an ecommerce website that you can use to sell your products on the web and have never worked with companies that sell products online, then you will know that the company probably has not lived long enough to build the kind of ecommerce site you want.
2. Do not use the techniques of web marketing? If you do this question and look at you blankly then you will know immediately that you must choose another company. A web design company does not necessarily know much about web marketing to build a functional site, but a good web design company will always be informed about the latest trends in web marketing so they can verify that the sites that have built are compatible with the techniques of web marketing and are optimized for web marketing.
3. What other services are included? If you want your company to do additional work on the site that you like regular updates, website hosting, maintenance and so on is necessary to clarify that up front and ensure that these services are included in the initial estimate.
4. How long will the construction of the site have? If not able to offer a specific table for the completion should at least have a framework that can offer so that there is a beginning and a specified time period for completion of the project.
5. What are your rates? Need to know if the company works on an hourly rate or if the price is for labor. Some design firms website designers to load, time and other charge a flat fee for the entire project. If the fee is a flat fee per project, make sure you ask if the revisions, maintenance or any other "Extras" are included in that price or less .......
