Natural Leadership
Natural Leadership
Leadership is the influence we exert on those who follow us. Great leaders in history have known this and through his influence reached great things. Leadership brings with it the natural qualities.
Many psychologists and sociologists believe that leaders are not born but made. This by the complex behavior of these. The personality of a leader says a lot about him. Leader is anyone who is followed by others, no matter how old you are. Leader is the child who leads others in a simple game of football, who will be goalkeeper, who front, and so on.
Leader is the farmer who has the brightest ideas for their community. Leader is the mother who has the ability to guide their children in the course of their lives. Such leaders are born with that flame that attracts others, that magnetism that makes others follow him even with all their mistakes.
Qualities of leadership
1. Vision depends on our work and results. If our vision is short, short and poor results will be. The vision without a task makes a dreamer, the task without a vision makes a drudgery, a vision with a task makes a missionary.
2. Discipline conquer the world before we conquer ourselves, we defeat ourselves. This is achieved only with discipline.
3. Courage is the mental capacity that allows people to face dangers and difficulties with strong character and without fear.
4. Humility is the mark of a leader to be served there to serve and give.
5. Decision a visionary can see, the leader decides.
6. Friendship should be easy to get along with others and make friends.
7. Good Sense of Humor leader should not be very serious, but not a clown. You must save the seriousness of his character and always keep a good humor.
8. Integrity secular leaders are asked a number of requirements, but integrity is supplanted by the honesty. Honesty is a value that each of us should have, but integrity is something apart, is the clean lifestyle of evil that we must characterize, is the purity in all areas of our lives.
